The Ancient - Part I

There’s this dude (A) who works half his life in a bank fresh out from school. Life then was tough, he passes up his chance to further studies abroad but instead remain in town to support his 3 brothers; giving them shelter and education from village. Today all (A) peer and brother are well off, living a luxurious, comfortable life. *Some are CEOs of banks, well-known computer brand and public listed companies.

Working life in banking sector is somewhat “A sharpen blade put to rust” mentality. Enviroment are stable; income secured and basically lives a sheltered life with no concern of what’s happening to the world. A little investment and insurance selling was done here and there's some savings (A) accumulated over the years. 27+ years have since passes by then~

Upon early retirement, (A) begins to wonder what he could do in days to come; (A) took time off relaxing for quite a while;bout 5 year doing insurance. Just then a fellow ex bank colleague (B) comes into picture and invite him for a business partnership deal, a line of business that carries forward to present day.

(B) holds a MBA in business and works for a fabricating company(CoF). (B) suggests to (A) that they formed a company (CoAB) sub contracting from (CoF). Initial starts of the company were difficult as (A) and (B) did not have the capitals. (A) ancestral land were used as collateral to secures loan through licensed moneylenders at (B) recommendations (mistake 1). Many improper signing of documents and oaths was sign in blank to secure the loan; reasons being for safekeeping and securities (mistake 2).

(CoAB) finally took off, (B) was running the whole show, while the ‘ignorant’ (A) took a back seat assuming everything is ok (mistake 3). With the ‘loaned’ capital; land is filled and levered, factory built, a rented outside the land premises administration office renovated and a lot of ‘unwanted’ employee (mistake 4). Money is lavishly spent for everyone again assumes that this is the way to do ‘business’ (mistake 5).

continues some other time~
