Malaysia Employment Act 1955
I.) “Contract of Service (10.1)” clearly state a written contract of employment must be given to every employee where the employment period exceeds 1 month. The contract must include particulars of the terms and conditions of employment and notice period required to terminate it.”
A contract of employment shall contain particulars of:
o the names of employer and employee
o the date when the employment began
o the place of work or an indication of that and of the address of the employer
o the title of the job which the employee is employed to do or a brief description of the work for which a person is employed
o the commencement salary and where applicable other allowances and bonus
o any terms and conditions relating to :
 probation period
 hours of work
 entitlement to holidays, including public holidays
 overtime pay and leave in lieu
 incapacity for work due to sickness or injury, including any provision for sick pay and medical bills
 EPF and SOCSO schemes

Sufferings and Oppositions

I’ve been slacking off a lot lately in updating blog. Not that I didn’t wanted to but couldn’t find the right time to sit down quietly and my photo cable is in the offices. Though I did load some pics on the laptop in office but I didn’t quite have the time to write.

Anyway.. FEBRUARY SUCKS! *literally speaking ~ Ahaks.. ok so here what been going on.. I’m broke~ purchased the SPYDER RS and accessories cost me a bomb. Lady luck been kind to me this CNY~ I don’t gamble so like usual I would donate through investment through CNY, but this year didn’t do so.. I tagged along friends to genting.. and viola….I got a good 30 fold returns ^.^ V

It almost month ends..I’m eating dust with no sales..* sad..panic..sad..panic..damm.. * hopefully tomorrow the lady confirm an order with me. The only thing confirm is next month volume..

Ok.. My higher management are a bunch of retard, douche bags and scumbag. Why??

Due to these unsatisfactory reasons.
Reason No 1: 7 days U/L *omg!*
Reason No 2: 8 days ½ U/L *Damm..I’m good!*
Reason No 3: 61 days late *Woahh!!! Il suffit de voir les chiffres!!
Reason No 4: Attire~ Almost- (mostly after lunch) wearing slipper to Office. This disregard of the Company reputation, image and safety of the factory *I almost blurt out my morning breakfast from laughing too hard*

I’m so fucking hates all these Machiavellianism Assholes! - any means (however unscrupulous) can be used by an Arse in order to create and maintain Arsetistic autocratic government. Question now is.. Am I Gonna Do Anything or Say Something About This??

I attend a major PKR dinner in PJ today.. interesting.
